Thoughts are very powerful. Thoughts can be positive or negative. Everything you think and believe affects in your physical body even you don not want to it. You have two minds – conscious and unconscious mind. Unconscious mind monitors body functions 90-95%.
The conscious mind contains all of the thoughts, memories, feelings, and wishes of which we are aware at any given moment. This is the aspect of our mental processing that we can think and talk about rationally. A part of this includes our memory, which is not always part of consciousness but can be retrieved easily at any time and brought into our awareness. (Freud)
The unconscious mind is a reservoir of feelings, thoughts, urges, and memories that outside of our conscious awareness. Most of the contents of the unconscious are unacceptable or unpleasant, such as feelings of pain, anxiety, or conflict. According to Freud, the unconscious continues to influence our behavior and experience, even though we are unaware of these underlying influences. (Freud)
The unconscious mind; repressed feelings, hidden memories, habits, thoughts, desires, experiences, behavior, values, beliefs and attitudes.
I have written earlier about how dis-ease starts in the body. Picture in below I have described four different factors for dis-ease and one of those is thoughts, beliefs, emotions and feelings. Your thoughts and beliefs have important role in your physical health. How you talk to yourself in your mind? Is it negative or positive? What beliefs you hold? Are they negative or positive? Do you have fear or anger? Any resentment?
Some people take new identity about their dis-ease, they only talk about it, it´s their whole life. This is a state where no healing can happen if staying in past and with negative thoughts.
Another example is e.g. cancer patient who has healthy life-style but there is underlying some childhood trauma that holds back. Once this underlying trauma is healed, also cancer disappears. The Mind has a Power to Heal
Things you can do by yourself to heal your body in mental level are Solfeggio frequencies, diaphragm breathing, affirmations, EFT/TFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques/Thought Freedom Techniques) visualizations, yoga and meditation. All these affect in unconscious mind and also in subtle bodies. Practice gratitude and forgiveness every day in your life that is most important factor for your healing.
