You probably know how important your gut health is to your overall health. There is connection between gut and brain. Gut is our second brain. People with depression have problems with gut health. There is a lot of talk around microbiome and misunderstanding about Candida.
Without candida in the system, a person would die. Candida is constantly trying to save your life by absorbing any food or debris in your body that could feed streptococcus, E. coli, Epstein-Barr, shingles, or any other harmful virus, bacteria, or toxin. When candida in the system is forced to gobble up too much of the offending food and debris while trying to protect you, an overgrowth of candida occurs. If you are diagnosed with candida, do not attempt to kill off the candida in your system. Instead, eliminate the foods that are feeding the bacteria that is actually triggering the inflammation.
When the candida diagnosis first appeared, it was an incredible relief for many people who knew there was something wrong with them, but hadn’t been given answers or support. The trend of killing one’s overgrowth of candida in the gut began. Unfortunately, candida was not the correct diagnosis for those suffering. In actuality, many unknowingly suffered from a proliferation of bacteria in the gut stemming from streptococcus. Today, many in the alternative medicine world have switched from blaming candida for people’s health struggles to blaming SIBO. Although science and research do not understand the cause of SIBO, it will someday learn that SIBO is caused by an overgrowth of antibiotic resistant strep in the gut. – Anthony William, Medical Medium
Most people who suffer from so called leaky gut they have HHV virus (EBV and/or CZV) combined with streptococcus, this is not understood by conventional medicine. There is over 60 strains of EBV that causes different kind of symptoms and illnesses. It is important to understand root cause of gut problems.
How to improve your gut health
- Do Body detox
- Eat healthy whole food plant-based
- Remove eggs, soy, sugar, grains, dairy, processed vegetables oils (like canola oil) from your daily diet help to starve the bacteria and reduce intestinal inflammation.
- Drink aloe water
- Increase fiber intake – fruits & veggies
- Supplements like high quality probiotics, glutamine, barley grass extract powder, chaga powder, vitamin B12, magnesium, licorise root
- Juicing – fresh celery juice to increase and rebuild HCI (hydrocloric acid) level. Drink celery juice to empty stomach. When liver comes stagnant HCI level lowers and food starts to rot in GI tract.
- Stay away from drugs
- Stay away from all toxins (body care products, cosmetics, cleaning agents etc.)
It is important not to feed bacteria. Fermented food is great but they are not the key for improving the gut health. Non-synthetic organic supplements are always better choice than synthetic with artificial sweeteners, soy, GMO corn, canola oil etc.
Many dis-eases are connected to gut health like IBS, Crohn´s, colitis and celiac. Endometriosis has also a strong relationship with gut problems and autoimmune disorders.
You have the power to heal yourself!
