Energy Medicine, Reiki and Energy Healing

I think everyone has heard about reiki and energy healing. Reiki and energy healing are based on healing with energy without touching to body’s energy system, which called chakras – the seven life-force energy centers.

Energy medicine is based more on touching, tapping, pinching, twisting or massaging. Actually, all these methods belong to energy medicine category.

Most people think energy healing is some kind of  “woo woo” new age thing but it is not. It is ancient way for healing. Ancient Indian spiritual tradition, over 5,000 years old, speaks of a universal energy called Prana. The universal energy is seen as the basic constituent and source of all life. Prana, the breath of life, moves through all forms and gives them life.

Energy is everywhere, and what science has shown us is that energy is neither created or destroyed. Everything in this universe is made up of the same stuff. It is just present in different forms and shapes.

Everything is energy. Everything is connected.

Reiki  is a form of alternative medicine developed in 1922 by Japanese Buddhist Mikao Usui. The word Reiki is made of two Japanese words – Rei which means “Spirit” and Ki which is “vital energy”. Reiki means “spiritual life force”.

Energy healing or reiki is a holistic practice that activates the body’s subtle energy systems to remove blocks. By breaking through these energetic blocks, the body’s inherent ability to heal itself is stimulated.

Energy healing touches every level of wellness – body, mind and sprit:

  • get a deep sense of relaxation and renewal
  • release negative or blocked emotions
  • uplift the mood
  • support the immune system in healing
  • restore the overall energy level of the body
  • support a healing process next to allopathic medicine
  • heal emotional wounds

There is one international energy healing practitioner with shamanic skills  I follow, Deborah King. She has an extraordinary past, like every healer seems to have.

Energy medicine utilizes techniques from time-honored traditions such as acupuncture, yoga, kinesiology, and qi gong. Flow, balance, and harmony can be  non-invasively restored and maintained within an energy system by tapping, massaging, pinching, twisting, or connecting specific energy points (acupoints) on the skin; by tracing or swirling the hand over the skin along specific energy pathways; through exercises or postures designed for specific energetic effects; by focused use of the mind to move specific energies; and/or by surrounding an area with healing energies.

Everyone can use energy medicine with certain energy techniques. You can take a course, or you can watch some videos of these techniques or read books and learn them. Everyone can learn these techniques to raise their energy.

“Energy Medicine brings you vitality when you are drained, health when you are ill, and joy when you are down.” Donna Eden

My energy healer has distant treated me since August 2014 among other things released blocked emotions, removed old energy from past lives, raised my energy levels, treated different kind of symptoms like insomnia, migraine and my autoimmune dis-ease etc. She is energy healer with clairvoyance. She is priceless.

Even I know the basic things about how to raise my energy sometimes roots are just in too deep like in past life, then you need professional and trusted practitioner, and the good one – the best one! I was very lucky to find mine, it´s not that easy to find good practitioner.

I suggest energy healing to everyone who suffers any kind of symptoms. Normally it requires 5-10 times to get better result.Treatment response varies, normally up to 2 months or longer at least to me.

Love & light,

-Sari
