Ingredients for 1 liter green juice:
- 4 big kale leaves
- 1 celery head, stalks separately
- 150g spinach (rinse before use if not directly from the farmer)
- punch of cilantro
- 1 big cucumber
- 2 red apples (I wash and peel non-organic apples)
- 1 lemon
Celery is one of the most powerful anti-inflammatory foods, because its starves unproductive bacteria, yeast, mold, fungus, and viruses that are present in the body and flushes their toxins and debris out of the intestinal tract and liver.
Consuming celery is the most powerful way to to alkalize your gut because celery is high in bioactive sodium. Celery offers enzymes and coenzymes, it raises hydrochloric acid in the stomach, so that food digests with ease and doesn’t putrefy.

Juicing helps you absorb all the nutrients from the vegetables. This was important for me because food didn’t absorb well. You will receive most of the nutrition, rather than having it go down the toilet.
Juicing allows you to consume a healthier amount of vegetables in an efficient manner. You can´t eat this amount of veggies on a day. It is recommended to get six to eight servings of veggies and fruits per day. How many can eat this amount on a day?
You can add a wider variety of vegetables in your diet. I vary between green juice, beet-ginger, red cabbage and carrot-apple-cabbage juice. I prefer eat fruit itself.
