Protein Powders – More protein for Vegans

WellAware Protein Powders

Everyone knows that those people who go to gym for muscle-building (I am not one of them) they use protein powders for post-workout but vegans need them too. Vegans and vegetarians can find it challenging to get the right amount of dietary protein.  Protein powders are great for you in this case. There are number of protein powder products in market but unfortunately most of them are not vegan and are including lots of pesticides and are non-organic. I am happy that I found these two protein powder products.

Oat Protein Powder

WellAware®  Oat Protein Powder is great to supplement the diet and after gym. This product is ecological, organic, vegan, no GMO, no pesticides. 2x 20mg a day for porridge, yogurt, shake or smoothie. This protein powder you can also use in cooking and baking.

Hemp Protein Powder

WellAware® Hemp Protein Powder is great to supplement the diet and after gym. This product is ecological, organic, vegan, no GMO, no pesticides. 2x 20mg a day for porridge, yogurt, shake or smoothie.

Hemp protein, of course, has an excellent protein content and a biological value. Hemp protein also contains fatty acids essential for the body of omega-3 and omega-6. The hemp has a mild flavor that is protein content and a biological value. This protein powder is suitable for cooking and baking, but especially for supersmoothie.

How to use protein powders?

I use these for mostly in  morning bowl, smoothies and in baking to give more texture. You can bake protein bars with these protein powders. It is my next step to make my own protein bars from now on.
