How to Heal NAFLD (NonAlcoholic Fatty Liver Dis-ease) with Holistic Medicine

NAFLD is more common than you think. Nonalcoholic fatty liver (NAFLD) is when fat builds up in the liver, but it won’t necessarily hurt you. This means that it’s causing excess liver fat, but there are no complications, which is common. Most common thought is that obesity causes NAFLD, this is not true. Main root causes for NAFLD are HHV virus (autoimmune dis-eases), medications and fast weight loss e.g. -20kg in a month.

Liver is doing everything to keep us balanced. One of it´s responsibilities is to save your pancreas.

If you suffer from NAFLD you need to change your lifestyle such as food diet, no alcohol, no smoking and more exercise to keep your liver health. If your liver is stagnant it also causes chronic insomnia.

How to heal NAFLD with holistic medicine

You are able to heal NAFLD naturally as follows:

  • healthy fresh organic non-GMO food like veggies (spinach, asparagus, cabbage, kale, brussel sprouts, beets, carrots, broccoli, cauliflower, artichokes), avocado, berries  and fruits (grapefruit, red apples, grapes)
  • juicing
  • turmeric
  • lemon, lime
  • milk thistle supplement
  • dandelion root supplement and tea
  • glutathione
  • vitamin E
  • vitamin C
  • vitamin B12
  • ALA alpa-lipoic acid supplement
  • limit your fat intake back 25%

Liver health is linked to toxins in your body and in the environment so therefore removing toxins is important for liver health.

Liver cleanse is also good to do e.g. monthly basis. What I use for liver cleanse – I cook organic raisins in water about 20 min, let them stay over night in a saucepan, in the morning remove raisins away and heat the liquid and drink before the breakfast to empty stomach. This is good to repeat during next four days.
