What Is Turmeric?
Belongs to ginger family, turmeric (Curcuma Ionga) is a perennial herbnative to India. The herb itself is derived from the rhizome of the plant, which is dried before the useful powdered form can be acquired. It needs a rather specific temperature and environment to thrive, so it is not widely cultivated throughout the world but is exported around the globe due to its desirability. The bright yellow color of the turmeric powder is perhaps its most striking characteristic.
Turmeris is adaptogen and powerful nature´s antibiotic. In both Ayurvedic and Chinese herbal medicine, turmeric is used to support liver health and treat jaundice. It has also been used to help digestion, treat gastritis and increase mucus production in the stomach to support digestion.
How to use turmeric?
- Turmeric spice for food and drinks. Only 1% of the turmeric spice is absorbed in the intestine. For this reason is good to add black pepper when using turmeric spice.
- Juiced turmeric with juices e.g. carrot-orange-turmeric-ginger-garlic juice. This is a real powerhouse juice! Note! Buy high quality turmeric roots only.
- Turmeric/curcumin supplements for boosting your health. BCM95 extract (biocurcumin) combines curcumin with other turmeric compounds to improve the absorption of the bioactive molecule. Curcumin is used for arthritis, dyspepsia, diarrhea, flatulence, liver and gallbladder disorders, skin conditions, inflammation, depression, Alzheimer’s fever and cancer.
Turmeric Latte – Recipe:
Turmeric Latte 🌿🌿🌿 Healthy alternative for coffee and tea.
Ingredients;
🌿 1 cup almond milk
🌿 1 tsp coconut oil
🌿 1 tsp turmeric
🌿 1/4 tsp nutmeg
🌿 dash of black pepper
🌿 dash of cinnamon
🌿 dash of ginger
Instructions;
Mix all ingredients together to saucepan, warm it. Enjoy with peace!

Turmeric Latte by PHHW
I drink this Turmeric Latte only few times a week since trying to avoid dairy products. Mainly I make my own milk – recipe. Plus I use BCM95 extract supplement for boosting my health.
